Terms of Service

These placeholder terms govern your use of Encore Ordering to place online orders with participating restaurants. By placing an order you agree to pay the listed prices, taxes, and any applicable fees shown at checkout.

Orders & payment

Orders are fulfilled by the restaurant, not by Encore Ordering. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; pay-later pickup orders are settled in person at the restaurant. Final, binding terms will be added before launch.
